Refund policy

Support is a purchase of ranking points on NATION RANK. Payments go to the platform, not to a country or government. Support is not a donation.

Support purchases are final. There is no in-app refund, no “Refund Points” control, and no way to reverse Support because a country is losing a ranking or a battle.

Support Points are removed only when the underlying payment is reversed by the payment processor or by a rare manually approved correction required by law or operations — for example fraud or unauthorized payment, a chargeback or dispute, or a duplicate charge. Any successful refund of that payment, including a partial refund, stops the entire Support transaction from counting.

If a payment is reversed while a battle is still open, those Support Points stop counting toward the live battle score and World Ranking. If a payment is reversed after a battle has officially closed, World Ranking Support Points are corrected, but the recorded winner, medal, and battle result stay historically final.
